Work Procedure Process

  • An MOM will be signed for one year for agreed terms and conditions.
  • Requirements Along with the experience and other skills should be provided in our prescribed format.
  • On Receiving of requirements we will immediately shortlist the candidates.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called to our office and details will be given to the candidate.
  • Candidates interested in company will be interviewed by our experienced team and final list will be prepared.
  • Final list of candidates along with the CVs will be forwarded to the company for their shorting and call for interview.
  • The candidate will report for the interview along with our call letter and a copy of his latest bio data on the predetermined date time and place.
  • For overseas employers we can organize video calling followed by one on one meeting at a place desired by them.
  • Minimum 5 working days are required to shortlist the suitable candidate based on the requirement.
  • Local candidate will report with in 7 working days.
  • Out station candidate will be available based on the ticket availability.
  • To & fro ticket & other travelling expenses to be born by the company.
  • Our Fee is 7 % of the CTC of the candidate for all positions.
